Taylor Swift is one of those superstars who just never goes out of style... (see what I did there?)
The pop star sent Aussie fans into a frenzy earlier this year when she announced she will be bringing her Eras World Tour down under, while her Midnights album hit 37 billion total streams in 2022. That's a lot of streams.
Anyway, I digress.
Taylor Swift has wowed us over and over with her immaculate style since she stepped into the spotlight at a tender teen age.
So let's go back and look at the evolution of her hair styles through the years.
All the way back to the beginning...
2007 - the year of long, tight curls.
2009 - dirty, dark blonde and still embracing those gorgeous natural waves.
2010 - sleek, straight, long and the start of the fringe, which remains a constant from this point on.
2012 - The RED era... embracing a lived in ashy blonde, with long locks and signature bangs.
2013 - shaggy, messy layers.
2014 - We saw the start of a love affair with the lob. At the 2014 MTV VMAs she rocked a wave through the new shorter locks.
2015 - The iconic Grammys dress with sleek, side swept dirty blonde locks. Lob still going strong here.
2016 - Taking short to a whole new level with a super short, blunt bob and blunt fringe. This moment was iconic.
Bonus 2016 - Peroxide blonde hair for the Met Gala - this made quite a stir!
2017 - Long is back, baby! Loose, beachy waves with her signature short fringe.
2018 - It just keeps getting longer! Rocking her warm, dirty blonde hair and letting it grow.
2019 - Oh hey there Bridget Bardot! Lighter, blonder locks styled in a 60's blow out style for the Kids' Choice Awards.
2020 - Back to the lob!
2021 - Growing, dirty and dark blonde.
2022 - Longer again and Hollywood style. Perhaps this is the way she'll keep her locks for the foreseeable future?
2023 - Curtain bangs! Welcome! Is the shorter fringe a thing of the past?
