General Terms & Conditions

Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotions commence 12am 27.11.25 ACDT and end 01.12.25 11:59pm ADCT, for a limited time, while stocks last. This promotion consists of a site-wide 20% discount (with exclusions such as Gift Packs, Hair Appliances, Gift Cards, and some individual products). The promotional discount will be automatically applied at the time of checkout. 

The sale is available at hairgang.com.au only, and to Australia residents only. Other promotions (such as discount codes) are not valid to be used in conjunction for the duration of this sale. Once the order has been made it will be very difficult for us to make amendments to your order so please ensure that you take care in selecting and purchasing the right products.

In the instance where products oversell and we need to contact you for a replacement option, we will do so in a timely manner. Please bear in mind that Black Friday/Cyber Monday is our biggest sale of the year, so we are expecting a significant increase in orders throughout this period.

We will not under any circumstances be able to honour the advertised sale price on a past order in the form of a refund or store credit, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed. We also are unable to honour the sale price after the sale has ended on Monday 1 December 11:59pm ADCT. This sale is strictly valid on new orders placed between the dates and times specified above. 

Dispatch Delays

We aim to have our orders out within 1-4 business days of purchase, however, as mentioned above, we are expecting a significant increase in orders throughout the period of this sale.
