1. Promotion
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Hair Gang x The Simple Society Giveaway ("Promotion"). The Promotion is conducted by Hair Gang in collaboration with The Simple Society ("Promoters").
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 8:00AM ACST on 05.10.26 and closes at 11:59PM ACST on 18.10.26 ("Promotion Period").
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Hair Gang, The Simple Society, and any agencies or businesses directly associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter. Entrants must provide a valid email address and any other information requested on the entry form.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must complete and submit the Hair Gang x The Simple Society Giveaway entry form available via the promotional pop-up on either the Hair Gang or The Simple Society website during the Promotion Period. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Incomplete, inaccurate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be deemed ineligible.
5. Prize
One eligible entrant will win a Hair Gang x The Simple Society prize package valued at approximately $792 AUD. The prize consists of a selection of products supplied by Hair Gang and The Simple Society as advertised in connection with the Promotion, including:

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The stated prize value is correct at the time of publication. If any advertised product becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoters' reasonable control, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute that product with an item of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place on 19.10.26 at 10AM ACST. The first valid eligible entry randomly selected will be declared the winner. The draw is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry within 2 business days of the draw. The winner may also be announced via Hair Gang and/or The Simple Society's website, email marketing or social media channels. The winner must provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 5 days, is found to be ineligible or otherwise fails to claim the prize, the Promoters reserve the right to conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Delivery of the Prize
The prize will be delivered to an Australian delivery address supplied by the winner. The Promoters are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the winner.
9. Marketing Communications and Personal Information
By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that the personal information provided through the entry form will be collected by Hair Gang and shared with The Simple Society. Entrants consent to both Hair Gang and The Simple Society adding their details to their respective mailing lists and sending them marketing and promotional communications, including information about products, offers, promotions and news.
Hair Gang and The Simple Society will each manage personal information in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable Australian privacy and marketing laws. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications from either brand at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in the relevant brand's marketing emails. Unsubscribing after submitting a valid entry will not invalidate an entry already submitted into the Promotion. Personal information may also be used where reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize.
10. General Conditions
The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with, interferes with or attempts to manipulate the entry process or Promotion.
If the Promotion is interfered with or is unable to be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoters' reasonable control, the Promoters reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoters will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the respective privacy policies of Hair Gang and The Simple Society.
