Wear gloves when using. Apply generous amount to clean hair (after shampoo), and leave in for up to 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and you are good to go!

I mix the Caramel Glaze and Chocolate Touch, but still a little too much red, so may need to try another brown. Would like a beige dark blonde colour, but very happy with yhe product
Got this to tone down my hair after having a full head highlights. The product smells lovely and is super easy to use, however pick the right color! So far I tried the chocolate touch color but left quite a bit of redish tone on my hair (left for 12min) which I didn’t want. My hair is naturally brown. After 4-5 washes with a clarifying shampoo color looks better and softer but I can still see a bit of red. Peharps the caramel color would be a better choice for me. Even tho this is a mask, hair does not feel as soft and had to apply a conditioner after rinse. I bought more than 1, but because is a professional product, I cannot return/swap color for the second pot, as per info on the website :( Apart from that, no issues with delivery.
