Wet hair thoroughly.
Apply a generous amount of shampoo to your hair and scalp.
Massage the shampoo into your scalp and hair for 1-2 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Repeat steps 2-4 for a second shampoo.
Leave the shampoo in your hair for 2 minutes after the second shampoo.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Condition your hair as usual.
