1. After shampooing hair, squeeze to remove excess water.
2. Apply MCT liberally coating and massaging through from mid-length to ends for fine to medium hair or from roots to ends for thick coarse hair.
3. Rinse and follow with your favourite Davroe Conditioner.
4. Can be used once for twice a week.
